Hello everyone. My name is Una. I have been dedicated to children's English education for nine years. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, a Kindergarten Teacher Certificate and a Junior High School English Teacher Certificate.

In my teaching experience, I led students on an 11-day and 10-night Silk Road study tour. I successfully completed the 11-day English teaching program and built good friendships with children from all over China. This has given me a strong sense of achievement.

In my educational philosophy, I consistently uphold and implement the international standards of IB education. I am continuously studying Montessori education to further improve my teaching practice. I respect each child’s individuality and carefully observe their development, helping them cultivate a spirit of inquiry in an inclusive environment.

In my teaching style, I am patient and responsible. I always teach with full dedication to inspire students to explore, learn, communicate and collaborate. I maintain a positive and joyful teaching attitude, striving to make every lesson lively and engaging.

在教育理念上，我始终践行IB教育国际认证标准，持续学习蒙台梭利教育理念，不断提升教学实践；我尊重幼儿个体差异，认真观察幼儿成长，帮助幼儿在包容的环境中建立探究精神。

在教育风格上，我富有耐心和很强的责任心，惯于以高投入的饱满授课状态，带动学生进行探索学习与沟通合作；保持着充满乐趣的授课态度，力求让每一堂课生动有趣。
