Please check the following list to make sure you have submitted all necessary materials prior to the admissions.请根据以下清单确认，您入学申请所需的资料已经全部在线递交完毕。
| Ø | Official previous school records in English (a minimum of two years required). Applicant for Grade1 must submit school progress reports |
| Ø | Standardized tests (like NWEA MAP, ISA, ACER, ERB, SSAT, PSAT etc.). |
| Ø | Recommendation Letter from previous school |
| Ø | Official Immunization Record |
| Ø | Copy of the passport statistics page, China Visa Stamp and residence permit for each student and parents |
| Ø | Most recent, colored, individual passport size digital photo of each student |
| Ø | The payment voucher of the Application Fee（1800 RMB, Non-Refundable） |
| Ø | Physical examination Report from hospital（After Interview） |
| Ø | 至少前两年的成绩记录原件, 申请一年级的学生需提供相应的学前教育成才报告 |
| Ø | 参加过的各种标准化测试报告（比如 NWEA MAP, ISA, ACER, ERB, SSAT, PSAT) |
| Ø | 原学校的推荐信 |
| Ø | 疫苗接种记录 |
| Ø | 父母和学生的护照首页、中国签证页及有效居留证的复印件 (港澳台同胞需提供：港澳回乡证和港澳护照复印件；台胞证) |
| Ø | 学生的近期单人彩色电子照片 |
| Ø | 1800元申请费（不可退还）的支付凭证 |
| Ø | 医院的体检报告(面试通过后) |
