As a bilingual administrative teacher in ECE, I believe that education happens not only in the classroom but also in every authentic interaction. Although I do not lead a homeroom, I embrace the IB philosophy of holistic education and inquiry-based learning. Through my daily moments with children—a warm greeting, a patient listen, or an encouraging look—I strive to create a safe, respectful, and caring environment. By engaging with children bilingually, I help them naturally discover the joy of language and develop an open, inclusive mindset. I hold myself accountable to the IB learner profile attributes: being communicative, caring, and reflective. I see myself as a silent supporter in children's growth, nurturing their curiosity and independence, and turning every small encounter into a meaningful learning opportunity.

作为一名双语行政老师，我虽不直接带班，但深信教育发生在每一次真诚的互动之中。在IB国际幼儿园的框架下，我践行“全人教育”和“探究式学习”的理念。我利用日常与孩子们相处的点滴——一声问候、一次倾听、一个鼓励的眼神——为他/她们营造安全、尊重且充满关爱的环境。通过双语交流，我帮助孩子们在自然情境中感受语言的魅力，培养开放包容的心态。我始终以IB学习者培养目标（善于交流、懂得关爱、勤于反思）要求自己，努力成为孩子们成长路上的隐性支持者，激发他/她们的好奇心与独立人格，让每一个小小瞬间都成为有意义的学习契机。
