From food traceability to the meals served in our cafeterias, we safeguard every student’s “food safety” through systems, standards, and transparency.

溯源有道｜每一份食材，来源可查可控

食材安全，从源头保障。

FLIS食堂严格执行索证索票与进货查验制度：

Ensuring food safety at the source.

The FLIS cafeteria strictly enforces the system for verifying certificates and invoices and inspecting incoming goods:

◆ 所有食材供应商均具备合法经营资质，证照齐全，且食材均在有效期内；

All food suppliers possess valid business qualifications and complete licenses, and all ingredients are within their expiration dates;

◆ 每一批次食材的采购凭证、合格证明均建档留存，确保"来源可查、去向可追"；

Purchase receipts and certificates of conformity for each batch of ingredients are archived to ensure "traceable origins and destinations" ;

◆ 学校积极对接省级追溯管理平台，持续推进食材追溯信息录入，让每一份进入校园的食材都有据可查。

The school actively coordinates with the provincial traceability management platform and continuously advances the entry of ingredient traceability information, ensuring that every ingredient entering the campus is fully documented.

快检把关｜风险隐患，早筛早控

除每日食材自带的检测报告，FLIS还定期自行委托第三方机构开展自检，并接受上级主管部门的第三方抽检。

In addition to the inspection reports that come with the daily ingredients, FLIS also regularly commissions third-party organizations to conduct inspections on its own initiative and accepts third-party random inspections conducted by higher-level regulatory authorities.

食堂另配备食品安全快速检测工具，每月对洗涤剂残留、食用油、紫外线消毒等重点项目开展日常快检。检测结果实时记录归档。

The cafeteria is also equipped with rapid food safety testing kits and conducts routine rapid tests each month on key items such as detergent residues, cooking oil, and UV disinfection. Test results are recorded timely.

快检机制的常态化运行，为食材安全增设了一道“前置防线”，也让日常监管更加精准高效。

The routine implementation of the rapid testing mechanism has added an “early line of defense” for food safety and has also made daily oversight more precise and efficient.

陪餐常态化，开放透明化｜家校共护每一餐

FLIS严格落实集中用餐陪餐制度，每餐均安排学校各部门主管与学子共同用餐，并做好陪餐记录，及时发现、解决用餐过程中的问题。每月10日、20日设为餐厅开放日，家长有机会从“旁观者”变为“参与者”，也为学校持续改进餐食质量与服务提供了宝贵的一线反馈。

FLIS strictly enforces the policy of having school administrators dine with students during group meals. At every meal, directors from various school departments are assigned to dine with students, and detailed records of these meals are kept to promptly identify and resolve any issues that arise during mealtime. The 10th and 20th of each month are designated as “cafeteria open days,” giving parents the opportunity to transition from “observers” into “participants” and providing the school with valuable firsthand feedback to continuously improve the quality of meals and service.

我们相信，真正的安全经得起“看”。在陪餐制度之外，FLIS定期举办校园开放日（OPEN HOUSE），邀家长走进校园、走进食堂，直观感受食堂的卫生环境与餐品质量。

We believe that true safety stands up to scrutiny. In addition to the measures mentioned above,  FLIS regularly holds Open House events, inviting parents to visit the campus and the cafeteria to tour the kitchen and see for themselves the cafeteria’s hygiene standards and the quality of the meals.

从日常陪餐到开放日参观，家校之间的透明互动，既是对学校食品安全工作的监督，更是建立信任基石的重要一步。

From daily meal observations to open house visits, transparent interaction between families and the school not only serves as oversight of the school’s food safety efforts but is also a crucial step in building a foundation of trust.
