本周，二年级学子的第一堂足球课开课啦！

This week, the second graders had their first soccer lesson!

简单慢跑热身后，在Bruno教练的指导下，学子进行了一对一的传球训练。面对不断扩大的距离，学子要努力准确地将足球传给对面的小伙伴，这是孩子们触球培养球感的第一步。周五，在第二堂足球课上，教练则带着大家进行影子游戏等训练：学子两人一组，一前一后带球，后方球员需亦步亦趋跟随前方球员跑动，这一过程锻炼的是球员灵活运球、精准控球的能力，挑战还不小呢！

After a brief jog to warm up, the students were guided by Coach Bruno in passing drills. Faced with an ever-increasing distance, the students had to work hard to accurately pass the ball to their opposite partner- an essential first step in developing a feel for the ball through touch. Friday, in the second soccer class, the coach took the students to the “shadow game” training: which has the players working in pairs. Player 1 dribbles forward and player 2 shadows them, the focus of this exercise is on the flexibility of the players to pass the ball and the ability to control the ball accurately. It's very challenging for beginners.
