With 20 years of expertise in the education sector, I specialize in preschool and early education development. A graduate of the Department of Preschool Education at Mingxin University of Technology in Taiwan, I hold prestigious international qualifications, including the Early Education Management Leadership Certification from Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Certificate in Special Education Psychology from UBC.

In professional credentials, I am dual-certified in the Montessori system (AMI Teacher Certification and Montessori English Teacher Certification) and hold language teaching qualifications such as Cambridge’s TKT and TESOL certifications.

My expertise extends deeply into child psychology and special education, with certifications as a Child Psychology Counselor, Autism Education Instructor, and UK ACEs Therapist. I am also proficient in art therapy (trained at Chinese Culture University, Taiwan) and positive discipline (certified as a CPDPE trainer in the U.S.).

Practically, I excel in whole-brain development, concentration training, and bilingual reading guidance (TUI certified). I have engaged in cutting-edge international educational research, such as participating in Canada’s Loose Parts Activity Guidance Workshop.

Professionally, I have served as a consultant for the Early Childhood Education Specialty Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Association of Child Psychology Education and an educational guidance expert for infant and toddler caregivers at China’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, committed to advancing the professionalization and standardization of early childhood education and psychological development.

我是拥有20年教育行业经验的资深从业者,专注于学前教育与早期教育发展。我毕业于台湾明新科技大学学前教育系,并持有哈佛教育学院早期教育管理领导力认证、UBC哥伦比亚大学特殊教育心理学研习证书等国际顶尖学术资质。在专业领域具备蒙氏教育体系的双重资格(AMI教师资格及蒙氏英文教师资格),另拥有英国剑桥TKT英语教师资格证、TESOL英语教师证等语言教学认证。此外,我在儿童心理与特殊教育方向深耕,取得儿童心理谘询师、Autism类自闭症教育指导师、英国ACEs治疗师资格等多项专业认证,同时擅长艺术治疗(台湾文大艺术治疗培训师)和正面管教(美国CPDPE培训师资格)。我的实践能力覆盖全脑开发、专注力培训及双语阅读引导(TUI证书),并参与国际前沿教育研究,如加拿大loose parts活动指导研习。曾担任陕西省儿童心理教育协会婴幼儿早期教育专委会顾问及中国人力资源和社会保障部婴幼儿托育师教育指导专家,致力于推动婴幼儿早期教育与心理发展的专业化与标准化建设。
