ECE Academic Director丨ECE教学主管

I am Dean Zhang, with 13 years of experience in the education industry. I hold a qualification certificate as a Family Education Instructor and am also a member of the International Extensive Reading PERC Council.

I joined Fuzhou Lakeside International School in 2012 and currently serve as the Academic Director of ECE, responsible for curriculum design and teacher training, as well as other tasks.

I adhere to a child-centered educational philosophy and firmly believe that every child is a unique individual with infinite potential. In my opinion, early childhood education should not be about rigidly infusing knowledge into children. Instead, it should create a relaxed and inclusive learning environment. This environment aims to inspire children's inherent curiosity and desire for exploration, guide them to independently discover the beauty of the world around them, and in the process of independent exploration, help them develop good learning habits and sound personality traits. 

I always integrate this concept into every detail of daily teaching, striving to enable each child to achieve all-round development while growing up happily.

我是张凯（Dean），拥有 13 年教育行业从业经验，持有家庭教育指导师资格证书，同时也是国际泛读 PERC 理事会成员。

2012 年，我加入西湖国际学校，目前担任幼儿园教学主管，负责课程设计和教师培训等工作。

我秉持以儿童为中心的教育理念，坚信每个孩子都是独一无二且蕴藏无限潜能的个体。在我看来，幼儿教育不应是对孩子进行生硬的知识灌输，而是要营造轻松包容的学习环境，以此激发孩子本真的好奇心与探索欲，引导他们自主发现周遭世界的美好，并在独立探索的过程中，助力他们养成良好的学习习惯与健全的人格特质。

我也始终将这一理念融入日常教学的每一个细节，力求让每个孩子在快乐成长的同时实现全面发展。
